Services: Our removalist services include packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, transportation, and other related services. By booking our services, you agree to our terms and conditions and agree to pay for the services provided.

Quotes and Payment: We provide free quotes for our services and require payment in full upon completion of the job. We accept payment in cash, bank transfer, or credit card. If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to charge interest and fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Insurance: We offer goods in transit  insurance to protect your belongings during the move. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your belongings that occurs during the move, except in cases of negligence on our part.

Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items to be moved are properly packed and labeled. Customers must also ensure that there is adequate access to the property and that any special requirements are communicated to our team in advance.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the goods being moved, as declared by the customer. We are not liable for any consequential loss or damage, or for any loss or damage resulting from events outside of our control.

Delays: We strive to complete our services on time, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other factors. We are not liable for any costs or losses resulting from delays that are outside of our control.

Complaints: If you have any complaints or concerns about our services, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. We are committed to providing exceptional service and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state or territory in which the services are provided.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the most current version of our terms and conditions.
