Q: What size trucks do you use for moving?
A: We use a range of truck sizes depending on the size and scope of your move. For smaller moves, we use a 3 ton truck with a 20m3 load capacity. For larger moves, we use a 6 ton truck with a 36m3 load capacity. For very large moves, we can combine both trucks to provide ample space for your belongings.
Q: Do you offer insurance for my belongings during the move?
A: Yes! We offer insurance goods in transit insurance to all our clients to protect your belongings during the move. Our team takes great care to ensure that your items are transported safely and securely, but having insurance can provide added peace of mind.

A: Yes! We offer same-day delivery and express services to meet your urgent delivery needs. Contact us for more information and pricing.
Q: What if I need to reschedule my move?
A: We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to work with you to reschedule your move if necessary. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. However we need at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid a $100 dollar cancellation fee.
Q: How do I pay for your services?
A: We accept a range of payment options, including cash, bank transfer, and credit card. Payment is due at the completion of the job.
